At FrameTees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process
Step 1: Email us at sales@frametees.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a return address.
Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item for a quick resolution.
